1. Director: At least ONE (1) local director with the following requirements:
● Attained the minimum age of 18 years old with full legal capacity;
● A Singapore Citizen (SC), Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or EntrePass holder.
2. Company Name: The Registered Company Name must be in English.
3. Shareholder: There must be at least ONE (1) shareholder, natural or legal persons, in the company and the maximum number of shareholders is 50.
4. Amount of issued capital: The Shareholder must indicate the amount of issued capital (Minimum $1) however there is no minimum paid up capital required.
5. Registered Address: The Registered Address must be a local Singapore address (You may fill in the company’s address).
6. Board Meetings: Directors are given the discretion to hold meetings in any country or attend meetings by representative.
7. Tax System: Business activities that are carried out outside of Singapore are tax-free.
