Eligible foreign entrepreneurs who want to run a venture-backed or innovative business in Singapore.
No stipulated minimum salary
● New pass and first renewal: 1 year ● Subsequent renewals: 2 years
No foreign worker levy or quota required
Applicant: A natural person above the age of 18 years old with full legal capacity to register a Private Limited Company with Singapore Registration Office (ACRA).
● Company Shares: The applicant must hold at least 30% shareholding of the company & the fund need to be deposited into a company account opened in a Singapore Bank;
Also, both conditions need to be met to apply a EntrePass:
1. Have started, or intend to start, a private limited company registered with ACRA that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies.
a. If registered, the company must be less than 6 months old on the date you apply.
b. If not registered, you can do so after your Entrepass approval.
2. Meet at least one of the following innovative criteria as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor listed below. Do not need to meet all of the criteria for each respective profile.
