1. You must have business track record & entrepreneurial experience for at least 3 years.
2. You should currently be running a company with an annual turnover of at least S$200 million in the year prior to your application and at least S$200 million per year on average for the 3 years prior to your applications.
3. You should hold at least 30% shareholding in the company (If it’s Private Company)
4. Your company must be engaged in one or more of the industries listed in Annex B.
Your immediate family should hold at least 30% of shares or the largest shareholder of the company to be qualified.
2. The annual revenue of this company must have been at least S$500 million in the year prior to your application, and at least S$500 million each year on average for the three years prior to your application;
3. You need to be part of the management team of the company (e.g. C-suite / Board of Directors);
4. Your company must be engaged in one or more of the industries listed in Annex B.
You must be a founder and own a large percentage of the shares, with a market value of at least S$500 million.

(Note that Net Investable Assets exclude real estate and include all financial assets such as bank deposits, capital market products, collective investment schemes, premiums paid for life insurance policies, and other investment products.)
